Site Manager – Part Time


Leduc Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Site Manager for a seniors buildings in Thorsby.  This position is 9 hours/week with a flexible work schedule and responsible for tenant relations/first point of contact, move-ins/outs, building/grounds caretaking, safety and security of the property.  The successful candidate will have previous property management experience, must reside within 75 km of Thorsby and have reliable transportation. Starting salary is $17.84/hour.
