For MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES after hours and on weekends (week days after 4:30 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays), tenants please call 780.253.0076 for assistance.

Maintenance

It is the responsibility of the tenant to maintain the premises in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Extraordinary use of utilities (heat, water, & sewer) will be charged back to the tenant.  All items requiring repair must be reported to Leduc Foundation in a timely manner.

Do not call after hours for non-emergency repairs. Repairs considered non-emergency would include; dripping taps, running toilets, leaking fridges, missing light fixture covers, problems with the smoke detector, any problems with closet doors, bent window screens etc.

Non-emergency repairs can be reported during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. – 4:30p.m. & Thursdays until 7p.m.) by calling the Administration Office at 780.986.2814.
